5 Generations of Master Blenders
Destileria Limtuaco was established by a Chinese immigrant born of a merchant family in Amoy, China, Lim Tua Co sailed for the Philippines in 1850 with the blessings of the Chinese Emperor. He was then 36 years old and he was a Mandarin trained in martial arts.
Making of a Good Liquor
The process begins with the delivery of refined neutral spirits which are shipped to the various plants in large trailers. The spirits are first stored in giant stainless steel tanks before they are processed into liquor.
