Manage offic e supplies and inventory
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents
Support HR, finance, or operations departments as needed
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
Ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently
High school diploma or equivalent ; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
Familiarity with office management software
Basic accounting knowledge
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Office-based, standard working hours (8:00 am – 6:30 pm)
Occasionally requires overtime during busy periods
May involve interaction with senior management, clients, or vendors

-At least High School Graduate
-Holder of Professional Driver’s License with restriction code 2 & 3
-With at least two (2) years driving experience.
-Can drive manual and automatic transmission.
-Familiar with different routes in Metro Manila -and nearby provinces.
