We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Import/Export Coordinator to manage and oversee all import and export activities. The role involves ensuring compliance with international trade laws and regulations, coordinating with freight forwarders and customs brokers, and maintaining efficient and cost-effective logistics operations.

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
PRC Licensed Civil Engineer
Experience in Property maintenance, building systems or construction projects
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
Can perform cost estimation and create bills of quantities (BOQ) for construction projects
Proficient in using AutoCAD software
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferably can drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles with valid driver’s license
