The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on equipment, machinery, and facilities to ensure smooth and safe daily operations. This role includes inspecting mechanical systems, identifying issues, conducting preventative maintenance, and collaborating with other departments to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to solving maintenance-related problems.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities.

Perform preventative maintenance on machinery, tools, and systems.

Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand tools and power tools.

Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Respond promptly to maintenance service requests and emergencies.

Maintain maintenance logs and report issues to supervisors.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

Collaborate with contractors and service providers as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.

Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role.

Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Ability to read technical manuals and drawings.

Proficiency with hand and power tools.

Strong problem-solving and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical stamina and dexterity to lift and carry heavy items.

The Site Engineer plays a critical role in managing and overseeing construction and engineering projects on-site, ensuring work is carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with design specifications and regulations. The role involves coordinating with contractors, supervising site activities, and ensuring quality standards are met while staying within schedule and budget constraints.

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
  • PRC Licensed Civil Engineer
  • Experience in Property maintenance, building systems or construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
  • Can perform cost estimation and create bills of quantities (BOQ) for construction projects
  • Proficient in using AutoCAD software
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Preferably can drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles with valid driver’s license
